By: Andrew and Dan This Program makes it easy to make auto booting Dreamcast Disks. It is legal because in its develpment I never reverse enginered the Dreamcast and also I never resorted to any illegal means to produce this program. I have released it under the GNU Public License so it can be inproved upon by others if I ever loose interest and so that it is free. All of the other programs necessary for this to work are also released under the GNU Public License. At this time, this program is basicly a "glorified " batch file that runs faster and handles more advance features but I hope to eventually include everything necessary in this program.. Windows It will be more completely aviable when I finally get a version of dd to work properly on Windows. Untill Then the program does not work. Here is the source code for the Windows version. You can download the current windows binary version here. Currently the windows version is broken DreamBurn needs MSYS, cdrecord(don't remember if I got it here...), mkisofs(not sure if this was the site either...), cat(included with MSYS I think) and the version of dd that is for linux( I am trying to find a sutable windows port and that is holding the program from working). Linux Here is the source for my linux version. The Linux version should work if you have dd, cdrecord, mkisofs and cat properly installed. |
